MOL Chemical Tankers Pledges Support for Earthquake Relief Efforts in Myanmar

MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd. (MOLCT) today announced its intent to donate JPY 1 million to assist victims of the March 28 earthquake in Myanmar and to support reconstruction of the affected areas. As part of the Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Group’s collective contribution, our parent company, Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, Ltd. (MOL), will donate JPY 10 million, while MOLCT and MOL Logistics Co., Ltd. will each contribute JPY 1 million. In addition, MOLCT plans to participate in a fundraising initiative among MOL Group employees to further support the relief efforts.

We offer our heartfelt sympathy to residents of the disaster-stricken areas and hope for a speedy recovery, and will continue to contribute in various ways to support the victims and assist with restoration efforts.
