Mr. Sasa has been a Director of MOL Chemical Tankers since 2020, and was appointed Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director in April 2022. In addition to his role, he also holds the position of Group Executive officer of Mitsui O.S.K Lines.

Mr. Han has accumulated more than 30 years of experience in the chemical tanker business, particularly in the field of Chartering. After holding several key positions across our global offices, he currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. He was appointed Director in April 2023.

Mr. Nakayama was appointed Director and Chief Strategy Officer in April 2024. He has profound knowledge and insight with an extensive background and is engaged in various strategy development in MOL Chemical Tankers Group.

Mr. Sunayama was appointed Director in June 2020. He possesses advanced experience and expertise in IT related businesses while leading Digital Transformation project.

Mr. Clough had served as President/CEO of the Fairfield Chemical Carriers Group until joining forces with MOL Chemical Tankers in March 2024. He was appointed Director of MOL Chemical Tankers in April 2024, and contributes to further development of the Group with nearly 30 years of experience in the industry.

Ms. Hasenberg was appointed Director in April 2023. She has experiences in multiple industries and brings extensive expertise in Human Capital strategy and Corporate Culture.

Mr. Higashiyama has been taking a significant role providing his extensive knowledge in Accounting and Finance operations. In April 2023, he was appointed Director.
